Ten Things to Be Grateful For Today.

I would like to invite you to participate in the 60 day Gratitude Healing Challenge. I invite you to heal your life in 60 days.

But before you begin thinking about participating in the Gratitude Healing Challenge, let’s get prepared by the daily practice of gratitude. We'll begin by looking at ten things we have to be grateful for today. Tomorrow I will post ten more. After twenty days, I hope you will try the Gratitude Healing Challenge to find out how to change your inner beliefs and your life.

I invite you to participate in the 60 days of healing with the Gratitude Healing Project. That's because this is 2015 and the world is about to undergo a dramatic change. I personally believe that change will be in consciousness of our species, not a time of great disaster. It is our time to regain our equilibrium to return to our spatial center and become all that we can be.


So Let’s Get Started by Giving Thanks for Ten Things Today.


 1 YouTube – Was there life before YouTube? I think not. It is indispensable to life today. I am grateful for the imagination and creation of such a fantastic idea. 

2 Banks – Imagine when you had to try to protect your money under your bed or have your own counting house where people would break in to steal. I am grateful banks can afford guards and security systems.

3 Angels – I am grateful for their presence. Sometimes when you are very quiet you can hear their songs of joy. When you see them in the clouds, you may feel so happy that you see sparkles of joy.

4 Money – Money is the one resource we cannot do without. I am grateful it is there because with gratitude it brings me prosperity so I have more and more resources to fulfill my dreams. 

5 Prosperity – We are all seeking more and more love, more money, more health, more success, more of all that our hearts desire. Every day is a wonderful gift of air, water, food, shelter, clothing, travel opportunities, love experiences.  We are already prosperous when we experiences these wonderful things. That is why being grateful brings us even more prosperity and I am grateful for it.

6 Success – Ah, Success.  We all seek it, we all want it and gratitude lets us know we already have it and will have even more soon. I am grateful to learn more about gratitude.

7 Manifestation – I am grateful for the five steps described in the Spiritual Path of Gratitude Healing: gratitude + self-esteem + faith + knowing = manifestation to learn how we can get what we have sought for. 

8 Losing early – It is always best to lose early so you learn that you win some and you lose some. People who always win for years and then lose can be devastated and crushed. Losing from time to time lets us know that others have the right to feel good, too. 

9 Abundance – I am grateful for the overflowing of good into our life, the cornucopia where you have more than you can ever use, so you can give to others. 

10 Gratitude Law of Attraction – The Gratitude Law of Attraction is there for you to use. 
When you praise and are grateful for something you set up currents of positive energy that brings more good to you.

The Gratitude Healing Challenge is a gratitude immersion project. This is a 60 day program that can be repeated as many times as necessary until you get all the things you want in life. You see it doesn't matter what you want. If you want money, that is wonderful. Money is the key to freedom. If you want perfect health, that is wonderful. With health you can enjoy what you do. Spiritual enlightenment is something we all are seeking. Throughout our evolution on this planet we have sought to rise higher in compassion, love, gratitude, kindness and other spiritual qualities. 

We instinctively know we need to express these higher qualities. The problem is that many of us do not know how. And when we know what we should be expressing, we find our animal nature pulling us back to that lower level. We succeed for a little bit of time but soon we revert. That is because we have not changed our inner beliefs about how to be what we want to be. 

Are you seeking family harmony? We need the family, the close knit group of supporters who love us, nurture us, protect us and are always on our side. It doesn't matter if it is a birth family or a choice family. So seeking family harmony is important. Do you feel unappreciated? Do you want a higher status in whatever groups you belong to? There is a way to get that. 

 By living a gratitude immersion life.




Living a gratitude immersion life becomes like a happy challenge every day.  What can I find to be grateful for today?

Welcome to Carol Cross' Gratitude Immersion Blog.

I am excited to share with you the healing power of gratitude.  I have experienced more joy in the last few years through declaring and speaking words of gratitude daily. . I have through gratitude been able to surmount many obstacles and become happier than ever before. you too can use the healing power of gratitude to make your life more joyful.

Why be grateful?


Gratitude is a healer. Being grateful heals you. You and I are seeking a potentiated life where we can experience joy. And you and I as gratitude healers must train to become effective in meeting the needs of those who need healing of the spirit. If someone comes to you with their despair, you can do more than listen. You will learn how to build their self-esteem, change their outlook on the events in their life, and how they can become positive and attract more positive things into their life. To do this, we  learn how to flex and exercise our gratitude muscles for these reasons:

A. We have received gifts and we must thank the universe – its gifts are unlimited.

B. We seek to have even more blessings – what is praised increases.

C. We need to serve as role models for our children – if we want them to be grateful we must model for them how to be grateful.

D. Gratitude makes us happy and joyful. It builds our self-esteem and makes our world a wondrous place where we are always seeing more and more blessings.

E. Gratitude makes us serene, it lowers our stress and it helps us to see that all is well in the world we live in. And, it inspires us to acts of kindness.


F. Gratitude brings prosperity because the more we give thanks for the things we have and the more we focus on them, the more we impress our subconscious mind with our bounty. 

Thus the subconscious brings more abundance to us. Like calls to like.

What is gratitude ?

Gratitude is being thankful. Giving thanks fills your world, your consciousness with more awareness of something good in your life. Giving thanks for positive things changes your brain so you physically feel better. Giving thanks for negative things also opens your mind to receiving more good things. Think of a worse situation than yours, and be grateful in order to attract more good into your life. When you think of a worse situation than yours, you can be grateful for your better situation.
